We believe that great design and manufacturing are inseparable. At Rotron, all of our engine solutions are based on the principles of ‘Design for Manufacture’ which helps improve quality and increases repeatability in their assembly processes. Combined with a dedicated in-house machining facility capable of producing core and key elements, Rotron maintains a capability to not only assemble the most advanced high-performance rotary propulsion systems, but to control every element of their manufacture.

Engine Testing

A critical role in our
engine development

Performance and operational requirements are constantly evolving and becoming more sophisticated than ever before. Rotron’s 24-hour indoor noise-abated engine dyno testing facility provides a highly-flexible testing environment to meet these new challenges. Programs primarily include performance and validation testing on engines and engine components to ensure that critical parts meet their design expectations and will survive the service conditions. Precision data acquisition and control systems provide flexible and repeatable engine control that allow us to perform testing with the highest level of accuracy.
